Ian Mercier

Ian has lived in Colorado for over 10 years and considers himself an honorary Colorado Native. He has lived in Colorado longer than anywhere else in his life. Colorado had so much to offer that he found it difficult to live anywhere else. The mountains in Colorado are part of what makes it so magical and is home of the Rocky Mountains. Having 300 sunny days a year with activities for all four seasons, not to mention having the best sunrises and sunsets along with being a very pet friendly state, just made it that more difficult to see himself living elsewhere.

Ian has bought and sold his first property here, in Colorado, as well as managed rental income properties. These ignited his passion for real estate and pursued it. Before becoming a REALTOR® he has always imagined himself on the opposite side of the business rather than being the buyer or seller as his working life has consistently revolved around the service of others. Ian was in the healthcare industry prior to real estate where he has helped countless patients with their needs. He wanted to take his enthusiasm and love for helping others to another industry and build his career around the enjoyment of others whether it be finding someone's place to call home or investment property.

When you work with Ian, you will receive a professional and knowledgeable REALTOR®, who is committed to negotiate on your behalf with the backing of the number one real estate company in the US, Keller Williams Realty. He is a tremendously dedicated and attentive real estate agent who will represent you and guide you through the home buying or selling process. Let him be your REALTOR® for all your real estate needs.
