Ian has lived in Colorado for over 10 years and considers himself an honorary Colorado Native. He has lived in Colorado longer than anywhere else in his life. Colorado had so much to offer that he found it difficult to live anywhere else. The mountains in Colorado are part of what makes it so magical and is home of the Rocky Mountains. Having 300 sunny days a year with activities for all four seasons, not to mention having the best sunrises and sunsets along with being a very pet friendly state, just made it that more difficult to see himself living elsewhere.

Ian has bought and sold his first property here, in Colorado, as well as managed rental income properties. These ignited his passion for real estate and pursued it. Before becoming a REALTOR® he has always imagined himself on the opposite side of the business rather than being the buyer or seller as his working life has consistently revolved around the service of others.
